By accessing this site, creating a User Account, registering, or enrolling with Life-Prints or for Life-Prints Services, and/or all other activities in connection with use of this site, you agree to the following:

g) you will take every precaution that all information and data submitted or
transmitted is free from viruses, corruption or other destructive properties;

laws;

Life-Prints reserves the right to refuse service, registration or enrollment to any person or entity for any reason or for no reason. Additional certifications and authorizations may be required from you when registering for or enrolling in certain Life-Prints Services.

Notwithstanding recognition of the these Terms & Conditions, in the event Life-Prints, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors or suppliers is found liable to you for any claims or matters arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or with respect to life-prints.com or Life-Prints Services, Life-Prints’ and/or the above parties’ aggregate and maximum liability for all such claims and related matters in any calendar year shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Life-Prints for the Life-Prints Service or product which allegedly gave rise to said claim and liability.
Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages. In those states or jurisdictions, the liability of Life-Prints and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers shall be limited in accordance with these Terms & Conditions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification and Reservation of Rights
Your access to this site constitutes your agreement to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Life-Prints, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to this site from all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms & Conditions, including negligent or wrongful conduct, by you or your use and access of this site.
Life-Prints reserves the right to release site user information (current or past) in the event that Life-Prints reasonably believes that such User Account is being used to commit unlawful acts or if the information is subpoenaed or requested by proper authorities.
Changes to Site Terms & Conditions
Life-Prints reserves the right to change or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Amended or changed Terms & Conditions become effective upon their reposting on this site and without additional notice. We may provide you with notification of changes or amendments through your email address, but this is a courtesy from Life-Prints and not required to effectuate such changes. You should review these Terms & Conditions periodically in order to stay informed of any such changes. Your continued access to this site and/or continued use of Life-Prints Services signifies your continued agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as reposted.
Changes, Additions or Discontinuation of Life-Prints Services
Life-Prints from time to time may change, add to or discontinue certain Life-Prints Services or to change or add fees to certain Life-Prints Services. Life-Prints reserves the right to make such changes at any time, which will be effective without prior notification to you. We may provide you with notification of changes or amendments through your email address, but this is a courtesy from Life-Prints and not required to effectuate such changes.
Term of Agreement
Your agreement to these Terms & Conditions is in full force and effect until terminated by you or Life-Prints. You may terminate your User Account, registration, or enrollment at any time by contacting us via email at support@life-prints.com, and by our subsequent disabling of your User Account and Password. If you are dissatisfied with this site or Life-Prints Services, your sole remedy is to terminate your User Account. We may terminate your User Account, with or without cause, at any time, effective immediately upon our disabling your User Account and Password. In that event, we may notify you via email or written notice to the address you provide to us in the registration or enrollment process. Upon termination by you or by Life-Prints, your authorization to access or use this site or Life-Print Services ceases immediately.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any supplemental authorizations, certifications or agreements pertaining to certain Life-Prints Services represent your entire agreement ("Agreement") with Life-Prints with respect to your access to life-prints.com and your registration, enrollment and use of Life-Prints Services. This Agreement is binding on and will inure to the benefit of you, Life-Prints, and respective successors and assigns. Life-Prints may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. This Agreement does not bestow any rights, remedies or benefits upon any third parties except for Life-Prints affiliates, successors or assigns. You may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of Life-Prints.
Should any provision of this Agreement be held to be void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the validity and enforceability of all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. All rights and provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect and will not be deemed as modified notwithstanding Life-Prints’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance thereof, or any trade practice, or any course of conduct between the parties. Life-Prints reserves all rights not expressly granted herein
You agree that in the event you allege any cause of action or claim with respect to this website, you must commence such cause of action within one (1) year after it arises or such claim or else such cause of action will be deemed barred.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Life-Prints and you for any purpose shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction, sitting in the State of New Jersey, United States.
