These instructions are also available as a downloadable PDF file, for easy printing. You need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software to open it. You will probably already have this software installed on your PC, but if you still need it you can download it for free at: www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Install Instructions:
- When you press the download button on our site the install file will begin to download - you may be asked where to save the file - if so choose desktop - if you chooses a different directory please note it so that you remember where the install file was saved.
- Your system may ask you if you would like to “SAVE” or “RUN” the file - choose “SAVE”.

- After the download is complete find the install file - it will be an icon on the desktop by default, unless you chose to save it somewhere else.
- Double click the install icon file and press “Continue” to start the extraction process.
- The extraction program will ask you where you would like to extract the files. By default they will extract to your desktop and we recommend this location.
- When the extraction is complete press ok to start the install menu.
- Choose the QUICK START GUIDE. We recommend that you PRINT THE QUICK START GUIDE.
- Then choose "INSTALL" from the menu.
- Follow the installer instructions to install the software to your computer then close.
- After installation is complete you will see a life-prints icon on your DESKTOP and life-prints will also be found in your START, ALL PROGRAMS menu.
- Click either - and life-prints will run.
- Remember that the default password is LIFEPRINTS4U - for security purposes please change to your own password after you have started.
Activation Instructions:
- To activate select “Edit” then “Preferences” from your Life-Prints menu.
- Then fill in the activation information form using the exact information listed above and press “Save Changes”.
