Where are the fingerprints taken and by whom?
Life Prints software was specifically designed to be used with electronic fingerprint transmission (.eft) files created by live-scan equipment. So fingerprints being taken for child ID cards can be added to the Life-Prints software.
Is the child's privacy protected? Where is personal information stored?
